IBOX Global, LLC was recently awarded the 8(a) STARS II GWAC by GSA. The award is for Constellation I, in the following functional areas:

FA1: NAICS 541511 – Custom Computer Programming Services.

FA2: NACIS 541512 – Computer Systems Design Services

8(a) STARS II will enable your agency to achieve its socio-economic goals and objectives without the time and expense of an open-market procurement.

Because STARS II is set-aside exclusively for 8(a) contractors, agencies can receive 8(a) credits from awarded task orders.

The contract provides Federal government agencies (see GSA Order 4800.2E for a list of eligible customer agencies) with IT services and IT services-based solutions from 8(a) certified firms on a global basis. The principal nature of any resulting task order procurement must be for IT services; however ancillary support may be included when it is integral to and necessary for the IT services-based effort.
